Welcome to Hemsley House
Hemsley House is located 5 minutes from Manchester Centre and 5 minutes from the M60 Ring Road. It was built in circa 1932, and is perfectly located on The Crescent, Salford. With ample free car parking. Hemsley House was opened by Lord Derby, The then Lord Mayor of Salford as a purpose built Masonic Hall. Since then it has truly developed by extending the building to the rear which now accommodates 2 of our smaller Conference Rooms, The Hampson and The Sands Suites. Both these Suites can be occupied by up to 30 delegates and are both fully equipped with the latest AV equipment.
On the ground floor, we offer 3 Fabulous Suites to cater to any Wedding, meeting or celebration. They are also available for dry hire events.
The Rink, The Worsley and the Walker Suites
The Rink Suite can hold up to approximately 190 Guests seated for dinner and also has a large dance floor space and a raised stage platform if required.
The Worsley Suite can be hired for private dining, being located adjacent to the kitchen, and is also served by its own private bar. Up to 50 guests can be catered for.
The Walker Suite has it’s own fully stocked bar and can accommodate 60 - 80 Guests.

WE JUST LOVE WEDDINGS
We can provide a wonderful Wedding experience. Our fabulous all inclusive packages allow you to deal with just one person where you can arrive completely stress free and enjoy your BIG DAY. We also offer various food options all tailored to suit your own personal requirements. Please see our new Menus Page for more details of the options available, all our menus are open to mix and match. We do not allow any use of our kitchens to outside caterers, however own catering is allowed if it is fully self contained and any third party suppliers have appropriate PL insurance and a valid food hygiene certificate.
We can also provide a quotation for your bespoke amazing table & chair decorations (if you wish to alter one of our packages), centre pieces to room uplighting and backdrops. Also an extensive hand selected and fairly priced beer & wine list is also available from our well-stocked bar.
The ideas do not stop there of course. We strongly recommend our hand selected DJs and any type of band or entertainment. Our DJs etc are smart, reliable, all have PAT Tested equipment and offer full liability insurance and will play the music you want to hear.
